Here are a few fish recipes which contain lots of omega-3.
Salmon fillets in oven with rice and vegetables (serves two)
2 salmon fillets
2 portins of rice
1 yellow paprika
1 yellow onion
Boil the rice. Slice the onion and paprika. Sprinkle lemonpepper on both sides of the salmon. Bake the salmon fillets in the oven at 225 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes, together with the onion and paprika. Boil the broccoli in water for about three minutes. Serve the rice and broccoli mixed together with some olive oil, together with the salmon and vegetables.
